Thank you, Cerp, I appreciate the amplification and correction. So my 16 million share number would need to be ten times that, or 160 million shares, and you would believe that caution would dictate that the company would further increase the authorized shares to avoid needing to go back for another round of this (not to mention the need for shares to handle earned incentives, as you have pointed out).
