One good indication that the company register incentive program is that the company is increasing revenues and profitability. But the increase in A/S have everything to do with the rule of act under section 12(g). Unfortunately If they didn't have the loan this wouldn't be the factor.
The quarterly report coming this week will explain a lot. I'm on the sidelines. If I see a big net income and same O/S then I may go long again. All depends. They have to show me the proof
