Matt, thanks. I still have one unanswered question hanging out there with regard to what CoB and directors are allowed to delete. I've been over this with Bob before and there are some grey areas. His rule was that potentially libelous posts, attacks on the company should remain standing ("it is not for us to determine what was considered libelous and should be left to a judge" paraphrased) This conversation was started when I deleted a post that called a company "a hoax". I'm trying to find out if that is still one of the rules for CoB's etc and if so, does that rule carry over to individuals within the company? If we allow such posts to remain are we open to a lawsuit as a director? If so I'm gonna have to step down. SH
