It has been dilution. But im sorry to say this at these prices they have to dilute billions upon billions of shares to get any real money to fund any form of plans they have for future of bysd. No this dilution appears to just be for lining up there own pockets. Remember thirty years of utter and complete failure after failure. This crew really needs to get out of any kind of business. I mean im still waiting for that L2 they promised us lol.
