If there are more product delays, or if the product either doesn't work as hoped for, or takes too long to prove itself, yes, the stock might hit .25.. but only after another big reverse split.
If the product does work, and sales ensue, that is the only way this goes north of a penny. Especially with the ever growing share count. Wouldn't surprise me if it's over 1 bn on its way to 1.5 bn.
