Wow, 5,000,000 shares bought in one trade, with all the ask trades here, FBNI has to fly soon. Papa have you heard about the SEC stepping down on MMM. Can't tell you what the Regulation designation is but it takes affect the first of next month. All these ask trades with no upward movement reminds me of ARYN and makes me think the MM's are playing their games here!
