I hear you. I have a similar situation.

you have to keep in mind all the progress that has been made here. they have the building, they have the electric service order in place. They have spent a lot of time and money. They have the approval from the land use board and the hearing is this month for final approval so they can begin to break ground. I have a lot of profit riding in my shares but I am finding a way to buy more even if it means averaging up, I know the pay off in the end will be much bigger.
