There are just a few other reasons to name JV companies. Significant ones. And publishing or not publishing these names can give readers an idea of the strength of the relationship relative to other related documentation. Whether they were never named, named and the name removed or previously never named and then named.
It's not so petty.
Agree that their names are still listed on the website - unchanged.
The last statement merely reflects what is thought to happen if conditions don't change. We know now from the late follow-up report that conditions do change.
