I believe Netsurfer is correct...third time will be "with prejudice" and anything further would result in contempt. They may get to reject him with prejudice on the 12th...he still has one motion on the table...

Sadly I agree with you Larry.

The only way the Court will get rid of him is to bar him from making additional motions. In effect limiting him from "entering " into the court proceedings. Not sure how that is done, but the Court sure knows.

I believe this board has done a really good job of doing the same here. He seems to have disappeared, as have Samplescave and Tickmeup, which IMO, has been a refreshing break. So annoying to have to read the same banter over and over as if repeating it is somehow going to make it true.

However, it is probably only temporary....

Maybe I should ask RG to find out what Project Moose is, that might keep him busy for a while?
