It is certainly a good beginning (the 10 million shares voting "NO"); however, with over 275 million shares issued and outstanding, we need to develop more shareholder interest in exercising their right to vote on the two proposals in the proxy statement so as to keep the momentum going.

Voted no for mine already and am aware of about 10 million more that will receive a no vote as well.
