VOIS last reported OS was 1.18 Billion or so from a November, 3 2014 8-K filing. The OS is now likely substantially higher!
VOIS October 2013 RS 2000:1 at that time they'd issued close to 5 Billion in about a year. They diluted over a Billion in the year following the RS (mostly within 2014), the current guesstimated OS here is estimated to currently be around 1.5 to 1.6 Billion.
Strongly suggested to read VOIS Filings as CEO Wannabe Kerry Driscoll is addicted to signing Massive numbers of Toxic Note agreements with a plethora of Toxic Financiers along with extremely excessive signings of consulting agreements as well. See 2013 10-K/A! It's absolutely mind-boggling that the stuff that will be seen in that 10-K is even legal?
