thats why I pointed to the share structure for some reason Australian stocks like huge share structures

yeah, their avg shares traded per day are over 8 mill, so it's possible to acquire 13% of the company without pushing the market cap.

I wonder what a reverse split would do for HENC? does it force an accounting of shares and therefore anyone naked short has to pay the piper?

The seven group which bought the beach position is in Australia and on A mission from what I've heard to build there energy part of the portfolio which is small at present at only 200 mill they are committing another 300 mill and possibly much more if they find the right deals and as of right now they are solely concentrating on the cooper basin and want to buy up as much as they can there. This could be good for us and others there down the road once we drill and prove the reserves and want to sell our stake as there exit strategy .The play in the cooper basin will only get larger as more oil is discovered with ever increasing interest in getting involved there by major investors and oil company's . It has to draw attention to Henc/Tgc at some point just do to the size of there lease and where there located in the basin.The deal with Beach just proves that things are heating up there and it's only a matter of time before Henc draws exposure. Maybe hitting a couple of wells will do it.
