FINRA facts don't apply to sub penny stocks. You really think FINRA cares about a stock at no bid, No market attention?! Reasons why FINRA is saying GNCP is 100% shorted is beyond me. But saying FINRA cares about a sub penny stock is like saying the government cares about the homeless.
