FINRA applies to all stocks. In fact lots of FINRA arbitration cases are in progress on another stock I own over abusive naked shorting. Some FINRA arbitrators have ordered brokerage firms to deliver shares in certificate form to the firms clients while at the same time reimbursing them for the price paid for shares and the FINRA filing fees. Lots more cases in process and no doubt you will be reading about these cases soon. Go GNCP!!!
