WOW!! Each time I read this I become more appalled that a human being can treat an elderly widow/or anybody the way Ferguson did in this case. Conning her to buy stock in his company directly from him in a state where neither he nor the Co. were registered to sell stock. Then not stopping at con #1 but he kept going back to the well with a new "Excuse or Delay" as to why he needed more cash and also why she hadn't received any certs after 4+ months (sound familiar anyone?). He is using the same techniques (maybe slightly modified) on his latest group of Dolores Cass's. 1. Morgan Stanley is interested in the IPO of GBHD (LMAO) 2. The audit is coming (2 yrs + and counting). 3. Excuse of lawsuits taking away the focus of the management "TEAM" (which is Merle there is no team). 4. All info published about lawsuits coming from Rich Kaiser as opposed to the co's attny. Why contact IR if you have a question about a lawsuit? 5. Merger/buyout claims of 3 sh for 1 of a 13.50 stock which would value mrs Cass's 80 and 50 cent shares at 4.50, if it was true. (Remember the .70 and .80 supposed buyout offers that Merle turned down in the best interest of the shareholders without asking any of them?) How many here would take that 70-80 cents right about now without blinking? IMO it never happened anyway.
