Silver opportunity partners has a lot of money, but they have yet to prove themselves at mining. They are not Hecla. Ildm had large reserves but owed Hecla 33 million before benefits would flow to them via there 18 % net profits interest. This is not to blame Chmn as they have little control over what happens at Sunshine. Of course nobody has control for low base metals prices and silver which is even more crucial.
