I thought he was good in War of the Worlds too

My favorite of his will always be Born on the 4th of July, that movie proved he could really act

We also really enjoyed M:I3.

The first M:I was good, too. The second one I didn't even bother to see as it didn't look good nor did I hear good things about it.

I agree with you on his bad publicity and how his films have also been superb! War of the Worlds was great as was Collateral. I just may have to rent the Last Samurai from some recommendations here.

i completely agree Fred.....can't say enough about this one. i usually think they are cheesy (films like this) but not this one.
