I would say that is indeed NOT True..Brent Fouch and Kerry Driscoll have been selling Shares for Years. NEVER a successful Publicly Traded company..

Berfore VOIS it was Grey Sheets POS MTEK... yup screwed those Investors... before MTEK it was JEDM... yup screwed those Investors too! VOIS Reverse Split in Fall 2013.. that same year they raised the VOIS AS from 1B to 3 Billion, then 5 Billion.. dumped nearly all their shares and performed a VOIS Retail Slaughtering 2000:1 Reverse Split! Then... they kept the AS count at 5 Billion.. would it not have been more reasonable, after performing a 2000:1 RS to have a far more attractive Share Structure and work to maintain the post RS VOIS PPS of $.20? NOPE... because all DRiscoll and Fouch want to do is continue executing Toxic Notes and Excessive Consulting Agreements and have as many shares to "SELL" as possible.
