786521 B.C. LTD., dba World of Marihuana Productions Ltd. (the “WOM License Holder”) anticipates the
receipt of a further license to grow medicinal marijuana
in Canada, already being licensed to grow medicinal
marijuana in Canada and is currently growing medical marijuana in Canada
, for the expansion of the current
farming operations into a larger Farm which the MPT License Holder believes will be approved by Canada.

So you are saying they are already licensed to grow but they need a license to expand their operation?

Not according to Canada's MOH. They are not listed as a licensed grower or producer.

Now Michigan Plant Technologies is making somewhat the same claim. It is like they are getting licensed but have a license and are waiting for a couple of bills to pass so they can get a license.

If you note that Michigan Plant Technologies was registered as a LLC in Michigan the same day as the court hearing for the share swap.

Now Michigan law does not provide or allow the commercial production of MMJ. How in the world could MPT be a producer in a state that has no provisions within the law?

This all boils down to who you believe. Facts about the laws or a lawyer that has a shady past that put this scheme together who has been convicted previously and lost his license to practice law.
