I love concerns and I have them, too. But think about it - how many apps do you have on your phone and did anyone train you? I take CC about 2-3 times/year (we deal in checks). Here was no good option but quickbooks has an app with a device for the phone and I took it out of the box and used it.
This simple app probably is a plug in type that merges with quick books - MYEC has stated that before regarding their apps. What would be there to train? If it is a full suite (acct, payroll, etc) then training might be needed but it won't be.
