You make a good point on responses from the state. I live in Illinois and I am involved in a real estate deal that is supposed to get a clearance (NFR) from the EPA. They request documentation and it takes them up to six months or respond. And twice now they have come back requesting more information. You do the math how long this deal has been pending. We are all exhausted, but we've come this long and spend too much money to just walk away.

I can only imagine what it's like for INCC.....

That license won't happen until may 1st. If it does that's what they have stated good luck waiting that long that's an eternity in sub penny land.

I'm totally on this one with you my men. I hope that this guys are smart enough to apply for both medical and recreational and round the business more...
