EXACTLY Caku - anytime you work with the city, county, state, village, town - doesnt matter - there is always politics and bureaucracy involved

can things get done? YES - otherwise we would never see any businesses open

BUT - the process is not as simple as applying and waiting 90 Days

this aint a credit card application this is a business license

and its also a business in a sector that is BRAND NEW and laws are changing

in this sector, MJ , the laws are new in addition to changing

and they are still figuring out things as they go

this is another reason why, I am OK with waiting to get this license

the main thing - is to keep up on all the changes in the law - and keep up on all the changes in documents that are needed - and also the changes in requirements needed - so on the next license they work on they can know these things beforehand . . . .

and they can build a successful licensing system for future projects


just like on your real estate project - the next time things come up with the EPA - you can gather that extra information FIRST - and then when you submit - hopefully they wont come back asking for anything more
