string - most of the statements that you are making are questions and then you follow up with a speculative answer

the fact is - we need a license !!! PERIOD

we need a license - that is what we need

if they cant get a license then they do not have a business

at this time, I want to see INCC achieve a license on this LEASE


and in my opinion, I like the lease - i like its parameters

I know what it takes to get a license

and before we did not hold them accountable as shareholders
