I'm less and less skeptical of the theory. We'll never be able to prove it conclusively, most likely. I think it makes the most sense of any idea proffered thus far.
As far as the "increasing risk" by continued purchasing, they already bought in. They've delivered at least $10M to the company thus far and deliver another $15M check on February 28. Probably riskier to do nothing and let the market do with the share price what it will. I, for one, am very happy ARCA has made the reverse split successful thus far. Hate to think where we'd be without them.
5% ownership. There must be a way around this. RHI incorporated at the beginning of 2014 and haven't filed yet. Doubt we see anything from ECAB until stock options are exercised.
No doubt there buying pattern doesn't seem "professional". Can't explain that one.
