As far as the "increasing risk" by continued purchasing, they already bought in. They've delivered at least $10M to the company thus far and deliver another $15M check on February 28. Probably riskier to do nothing and let the market do with the share price what it will.


What is their incentive to keep the price up at this moment? I would say none, if they are not trading and expect a short time rise in pps.
They already got $25M in this, ARCA have bought shares for at least $5M last month, that's a lot of money. Just because some of us like to put all the eggs in the same basket I doubt they are in that business ;-)

I, for one, am very happy ARCA has made the reverse split successful thus far. Hate to think where we'd be without them.


Totally agree, as I said the other day they are our friends.

5% ownership. There must be a way around this. RHI incorporated at the beginning of 2014 and haven't filed yet. Doubt we see anything from ECAB until stock options are exercised.


RHI is like JF as far as I'm concerned just a bunch of private investors, no need for them file anything since the ownership is in different hands.
