Is this the same CEO that also said when he raised the A/S from 150 million to 1 BILLION in November that he wouldn't use them only raised it for protection. LOL did we see yesterdays report that he has already used 850 million.
Is this the same CEO who in just two months is raising the A/S again only this time no fooling around going to 20 BILLION.

Is this the same CEO who also claimed that 2014 revenues would be a MINIMUM of 30 million and when the totals were in it ended up 24 million. MINIMUM to me means fully expected much more than 30 million.
So are we suppose to believe anything out of his mouth.

Now that LTNC has been downgraded to OTC Pink I guess we can look forward to a PR about an RS to be "uplisted" back to OTCQB.
