I just looked over the last filing briefly. I have couple of questions if you don't mind.

At the end of September there was $370k in convertibles and the O/S was 16mil

Now the O/S is 73mil and the convertible debt is $9k - am I understanding this right?

And according to the list filing the other debt is $35k?

One more question- I see there is revenue- some kind of busines with negative cash flow. Who is managing this business- how many employees - and how are they making up for the negative cash flow?
