Until I see the evidence that shows the information in the PR from 10/4/10 was accurate and evidence that shows the timelines in the March 2013 PRs were accurate, there is no need to worry about the accuracy in an assertion about a boat.

Now, where is the evidence to show the accuracy of those PRs?
