Yup transparent :-) if this was a scam pump n dump they would PR often to dump the conversions and wouldn't submit 8-k's.

Majority of OTC companies never submit 8-k's showing conversions. They hide it somewhere in the 10-Q.

This is a real company. Stuff is going on behind the scenes.
