Absolutely correct. What CVX does in BL-1 Has NOTHING to do with ERHC at all. Nothing substantiated anyway. Anything that CVX and XOM do in that block is irrelevant to our company. Only a Verified Straddle of BLOCK 2 would make this a significant event for our little company. Until I see CVX/SNP announce something, which I don't expect, then I disregard all the noise and nonesense regarding BLOCK 1.

Well ..... DUH ! Seems like you're complaining that Oily doesn't risk his position further to satisfy your doubts.

Personally I believe that Oily is an 'insider'. I think his information is good and valuable, if not completely accurate. Thats my opinion. His FPSO to Bl 1 post does have significance if he intended to infer that a FPSO has been contracted and will be moved into Bl 1 asap. It further validates information that tremendous reserves have been discovered and thorough well testing, which can only be done utilizing a large storage platform, is required. This may mean that the FPSO will only be used temporarily during the remaining time that CVX has 'Deepwater Discovery' under contract. But, if so, it's all good.
