Well, this claim is simply flat wrong:

All our filings were covered by the company's recent independant [sic] audits

This most recent filing, "For the quarterly period ended SEPTEMBER 30, 2014," is CLEARLY unaudited:

Well, at least the obviously false claim that Maryannes gave SMKY $650,000 cash has FINALLY been abandoned. That sure took long enough!
