Smoky Market has the freedom to make any deal now, because Mary Anns is committed to providing them as much inventory necessary, that the company can turn over, so the company has $650,000 available to them to produce it's products. We can all read about this arrangement in the SEC filings. Cash or financing makes no difference- this eliminates a major barrier to distribute our products, and quickly bring them to the market. Whether my remarks implied it was direct cash, still makes little difference- All our filings were covered by the company's recent independant audits, including this production agreement, and anyone interested in the company can find this important information on the SEC's website, as recommended.
