The trademark office already weighed in on this.... "Filed in my brand expansion"... Lol.... She makes up a legal term and you think she has a case.

Different category = TRTC owns IVXX for medication

Apparel has nothing to do with edibles or medication.

Ask an IP attorney.

I have one from previous trademarks and copyrights I have registered and she told me that TRTC will own the TM due to it being in a different category.

Actually, what I see in the logo is IVXX ELEVATE. Sort of like the difference between General Motors or General Electric or General Tire. Its not an infringement if the name is IVXX ELEVATE.
