I agree....I will take the word of the trademark office....for sure.

TRTC owns both the IVXX brand and Edible Gardens brand.

Exactly. Trademarks are specific to the application of that trademark. Just cause you have a term trademarked for apparel, doesn't mean it applies to other areas...like medicine.
