Thank You! I too could never be a part of a scam, but by chasing the perpetrators, one starts to learn that a scam is incredibly easy to execute and, with just a little common and legal sense, a scammer won't get whacked by the regulators! Unbelievably, there are some that do it over and over and over again and never have to face the music! Saying "it pisses me off" would be a very big understatement!

Excellent exchange with Surfcast. Your overview is right on target. I have followed INCC from the early stages and have been disappointed by the delays and even some failures. With over 40 years experience in business I also understand delays, disappointments and failures. INCC could have given up long ago but they have continued to pursue their game plan. I fully understand the risk but like the great potential here. I will continue to accumulate additional shares at these great prices.
