Excellent exchange with Surfcast. Your overview is right on target. I have followed INCC from the early stages and have been disappointed by the delays and even some failures. With over 40 years experience in business I also understand delays, disappointments and failures. INCC could have given up long ago but they have continued to pursue their game plan. I fully understand the risk but like the great potential here. I will continue to accumulate additional shares at these great prices.
