This is true -- Basu actually won here. Was awarded monetary damages.

However, so many thought PPJE lost because it wasn't what they expected. This caused panic selling that dropped the pps.

But the company said a new trial would be issued, and we provided details. But selling was the better option for some.

This led to a RS.

But lo and behold, the trial is NOT over like we said. And there is proof.
