No it didn't. The cause of the reverse split was dilution. Billions of shares outstanding. They were not issued because of Grewal, unless she had to do it to pay legal fees fees for the action she brought. As stock price declined, people sold. Amazingly enough, they tend to do that.

Then Basu declared a reverse split, and even more sold. That's another astonishing thing they tend to do.

Of course they panicked and dumped...

especially when all you could hear was FIRE!! FIRE!!

yeah I remember cause I was there as an investor

watching the foolishness and seeing my account diminish

because of it.

The selling of the stock was not the rationale for the RS.

The company/CEO made that uni-laterially, apparently to infuse more shares into the market, thereby diluting the stock even more and more falling prices.
