I spoke to Akin at Broadridge at 800-353-0103, and he could confirm the NOBO request on Dec 14, 2014, plus the KMA shareholder meeting on February 27th and that the proxies can be mailed out next week for KMA Global Solutions, Inc.

Now that's the REAL BAM !! FACTZZZZZ!!!
