For what it is worth:

I spoke to Derrick Zale at Broadridge at 800-353-0103, and he could confirm the NOBO request on Dec 14, 2014, however he could not find anything on a proxy being mailed out for this month for KMA Global Solutions, Inc.

So, I guess you could ask for him also, to see if anything has changed since Wednesday around 4:30 PM.
