Wrong, only the P's, K's & U's agreed to a revision to the Absolute Priority Rule the PIERS were not part of this agreement.
If that was not true then our ESCROW's should have stated to receive money when the PIERS received it's first payout, but that did not happen and it will not happen until PIERS ARE PAID IN FULL.
