None that I can see, that's for sure; and trust me, I've been searching high and low Sidestyle.

If "things" are indeed progressing, I'm wondering, and I bet others are too, why all the secrecy. To protect competitive pricing? To empty-out the 5% holder(s)? To disrupt the market all at once?

So many questions, but few answers at this point...IMO:)
