I am gonna say more like they are seeking .40 pre-split. Also, voting is before financials so any theory is just that since they are requesting majority prior to results.
I agree...from the recent 10Q they are doing ~15M/qtr in revenue...we know this is a growth industry and a growth stock...so we are looking at ~$60M plus for the year...hopefully in the 1.5-3x growth range would put it at ~$90-180M for the year..definitely warrants a 1-3x revenue valuation which would equate to a conservative $0.30-0.91/share valuation at the current share issued levels.
Say for instance that the pps (for whatever reason) remains stagnant in the .05 range as the RS vote date nears. Can the company simply cancel the vote since they already know if it passes they won't achieve the post split price needed for listing?Seems as though the whole enchilada is riding on the pre RS pps.
