It is a trade off for the acquisitions they acquired that put them in this situation in the first place. An increase in A/S to 350M and a 1/5 - 1/20 r/s is a good trade off to me. If the r/s happens, the market cap will still be ridiculously low.

Did you see how much they may increase it??? 350 Million??? Come on. That's laughable when you have all these bloated, diluted pig 3 Billion A/S companies out there. ECIG on the other hand is still a tiny O/S and A/S. 300 Million A/S right now. LOL.

They will increase the AS first, then RS. The AS increase will allow some breathing space after maxing the AS with this current dilution.

Better question to ask is why are they not reducing the AS on par with the OS during the RS. That's the killer imo
