It is a trade off for the acquisitions they acquired that put them in this situation in the first place. An increase in A/S to 350M and a 1/5 - 1/20 r/s is a good trade off to me. If the r/s happens, the market cap will still be ridiculously low.
Did you see how much they may increase it??? 350 Million??? Come on. That's laughable when you have all these bloated, diluted pig 3 Billion A/S companies out there. ECIG on the other hand is still a tiny O/S and A/S. 300 Million A/S right now. LOL.
