when it comes to totally *orchestrated* OTC stox like PTOI

it isn't the $ value (reminder of the *volume* done over 1.4.12 and 1.5.12
that rivaled the *volume* of 10.9.14 and 10.10.14 .. first was 2.25 to 75c
approx .. 2nd was to *reset* 6c to 5c)

it's what they have to mark .. and when they stop camouflaging

which is why i track every aspect .. including *stats* long since perverted

i knew (based on RT l2) that something had changed on Friday afternoon (2:11PM post)
i didn't realize till yesterday that it *most* likely pertained to the RT l2 quotation shown via OTC Markets

which is beyond ironic .. but apropos re: *transparency*

stuff that just makes me LOL

anyhow .. beyond curious as to how last 3 days of this month are *handled*
what gets reported to Finra for MM Monthly for Jan 2015
and of course >> when *threshold* gets triggered on PTOI for the 3rd time
