In order to keep the contractors, you have to give them a large percentage of the profit from each contract. If you don't they go their own way. They simply can't develop a system to navigate profitably. They are loosing money and are diluting the h**l out of the stock to survive. I'll bet they are diluting it every time sakes show up. When they eventually come back, if they do, the OS will be over a billion. At that level, do you have any idea what kind of sales and profit will be necessary to keep it above .0001.
