I was just curious why an option holder of the former Confluence Solar would have a creditor claim, why they have a "representative, " and the means to hire an attorney and be represented and if and how this may effect GTATQ shareholders?

From the PR it seems the option holders were paid when the company was purchased by GTAT.

Maybe it is nothing, but I was just curious if anyone knows more or could shed some light?
