My understanding is when the S1was effective the share offering kicked in according to what I read on nasdaq.com that had to happen first. Then I thought thiere was a quite period for the shares. I did not find the virtual sourcing IPO untill after S1 was effective they are advertising it but it is not listed yet. Please give reply friend.
