I don't think I made a big deal of this situation, as I merely reported the facts I discovered. There are no allegations of wrongdoing from me. Please reread my post.
The Order to Cease and Desist is a fact. Both Chase and Briggs signed the Order (without admitting guilt) that states a third party said that the stock was going to "skyrocket" and that Briggs said to another PA resident that the stock offering was to Friends and Family of (NAS) only.
The above is in the document.
As to to the company address in Las Vegas, I merely Googled it and got the information. You can do it too.
