Ocwen soars after settling with California

There's neither a suspension from doing business, nor a massive fine, as Ocwen (NYSE:OCN) will pay just $2.5M and allow more extensive State oversight of its operation in order to come to terms with California. Ocwen will also be barred from taking on new customers there until the Department of Business oversight says the company is in compliance.
